Venezuela deports ELN commander

Venezuelan authorities deported Geiner Enrique Moscote
Donado, alias ‘El Cantante’, an ELN leader of the ‘6 de Diciembre’ front, which operates in the Cesar department in north-east Colombia.

‘El Cantante’ is wanted for aggravated homicide, rebellion and extortion and kidnapping, El Espectador reported Tuesday.

Colombian investigators discovered that the guerrilla leader was residing in Barinas, Venezuela.

They requested the Venezuelan police to corroborate this information, which led to his deportation.
