Colombian President Álvaro Uribe authorized the extradition of ‘Don Diego’, the
former capo of the Norte del Valle cartel and wanted in the United
States.
The Supreme Court had already given the green light for the extradition of ‘Don Diego’ León Montoya Sánchez.
The drug lord is expected to be extradited within a few hours. He has already been transferred to a detention center close to Bogotá.
