Foreign tourists in Caribbean coastal town of Taganga sleep on the beach illegally, take drugs all day long and have sex with minors, says the local director of the DAS and the police of Magdalena.
DAS chief Pedro Manuel Vidal told local newspaper El Informador that tourists take drugs all the time without caring that there are children around.
It also seems that foreigners have sex with minors on the beach, Vidal added.
The DAS and the Police of Magdalena try to find solutions and measures to stop “this kind of tourism.”
