Colombian-born actress Sofia Vergara has returned to Pepsi, this time with sexy British soccer player David Beckham in tow, Colombian media reported Wednesday.
Vergara, who owes her first screen recognition to a Pepsi ad 21 years ago at the age of 17, just recorded a new ad for the company’s Diet Pepsi product. The video, recorded on Venice Beach, Los Angeles, features the voluptuous model clad in a low-cut blue bathing suit and floppy sun hat, with Beckham sharing the screen in cargo shorts and a white button down.
The actress’ most recent experience with Pepsi, prior to the current ad, sparked controversy with fans, who claimed that the company shrank photos of her bust and arms in an ad for the new “skinny” can.
The Baranquilla native, well-known for her role in ABC’s “Modern Family,” currently resides in LA with her son Manolo.
Beckham, married to former Spice Girl Victoria Adams, lives with his wife and three kids in Beverly Hills, with one more on the way.
With such an all-star cast, this is one Pepsi ad we don’t want to miss.
