Colombian actress Sofia Vergara could become Florida’s first lady, as her boyfriend has an ambition to run for governor of the sunshine state, the New York Post reported on Tuesday.
According to a source of the newspaper, Vergara’s boyfriend Nick Loeb, who previously ran for the U.S. Senate, is considering an attempt to be the U.S. state’s political boss.
“This would make a hell of an encore, but don’t expect Vergara to put her career on hold like Maria Shriver,” wife of California governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, the anonymous source said.
