Deportivo Cali required a win against Atletico Huila in order to stay close to the top eight, but were instead held to a 2-2 draw. Sergio Herrara scored both goals for Cali, Ivan Velasquez did so for Huila. Ervin Gonzalez of was sent off for the visiting side in minute 82.

Junior did themselves a great favor with a convincing 3-0 win over America in Barranquilla. Giovanni Hernandez opened the scoring in the 33rd minute, and Hernando Patiño doubled the advantage in the 73rd. The third and final goal came from Carlos Bacca with seven minutes to go.

Santa Fe closed on the top eight of the Copa Mustang thanks to a 1-2 win at Atletico Nacional, who in turn feel the pressure of being in eighth place. Daniel Neculman put Santa Fe ahead after just sixth minutes, and Juan Quintero doubled the advantage in minute 25. Nacional pulled one back through Giovanni Moreno, from the penalty spot just before the break, but it wasn’t enough for Nacional to avoid defeat.

Deportes Quindio and La Equidad held each other to a 2-2 draw. Mauricio Romero and Dany Santoya scored for the home side, while Roman Torres and Jhersson Cordoba netted for the guests. Alvaro Manga was sent off for La Equidad in the 37th minute, and was followed by Quindio’s Adrian Aranda in the 68th.
