Colombian superstar Shakira was the big winner at the Premios Lo Nuestro 2012 awards, in Miami, Thursday.
The singer picked up the awards for Artist of the Year, Female Artist of the Year, Album of the Year for “Rising Sun,” and Song of the Year for “Rabiosa.”
The other notable winner was Dominican-American act Prince Royal, who won the awards for Collaboration of the Year, Tropical Song of the Year, Male Artist of the Year, and Contemporary Artist of the Year.
Colombian singer Juanes also received three nominations at the awards ceremony, but did not win any.
