Colombian pop star Shakira was nominated for no less than ten awards at this year’s Latin Music Billboard cermony, reports local media.
Barranquilla’s sweetheart has been nominated for Artist of the Year, Female Artist of the Year, Song of the Year, Digital Female Artist of the Year, Album of the Year, Digistal Soloist, “Latin Pop” of the Year, Solo “Latin Pop” Songs of the Year, Soloist Album of the year, and Social Networks Artist of the Year.
Other top nominees are Don Omar, Pitbull, Prince Royce, and Romeo Santos.
On April 26 at the University of Miami in Florida, the 2012 Latin Music Billboards will include performances by Juanes, Daddy Yankee, and Jenni Rivera and be aired live on TV.
