Colombian singing star Shakira is taking Spanish culture-capital Barcelona by storm as she begins filming the video of her new single “Gypsy,” announced Terra on Friday.
The upbeat new track is taken off the artist’s top selling album, “She Wolf,” which has already sold over a million copies in the U.S. alone.
Production of the music video will be by Spanish film director Javier Aguirresarobe, who in the past has co-produced videos for the hip-shaking Colombian with fellow Spanish director Juame De Laiguana, as well as working on the blockbuster Woody Allen movie “Vicky Christina Barcelona.”
