Colombia’s most famous pop star Shakira on Monday announced she will tour her home country in 2011.
According to several Latin American media, Shakira said in an interview that “I believe we will be in Latin America in March. I still don’t know in which Colombian cities, but it will be the same show we’re doing in California now, though the biggest part of the spectacle will be in Spanish.”
Bogota radio station Santa Fe speculated Shakira’s Colombia tour will include her hometown Barranquilla, Bogota, Medellin and Cali.
Shakira is wrapping up he U.S. tour this week, after which she’ll be promoting her album “Sale el sol” in Europe.
