Colombian weekly JetSet published photos of President Juan Manuel Santos 28 years before taking Colombia’s most important job, showing a handsome, very curly, smiley and mustach-y JuanMa.
The photos were taken by Rodrigo Castaño at Kansas University where Santos was studying business and economics until 1973.
