Peru’s president-elect announces visit to Colombia

Peru’s President-elect Ollanta Humala will visit Colombia later this month as part of a regional tour, his party announced Saturday.

Humala will on Monday visit Bolivia for a two-day visit and the week after will visit Ecuador, Colombia and Venezuela.

Earlier, the Peruvian President-elect visited other Latin American nations such as Brazil, Paraguay, Uruguay, Argentina and Chile.

Humala will be inaugurated President of Peru on July 28.
