The newly appointed Chica Miercoles! 2012 visited Colombiamoda in Medellin on Wednesday with her godmother Miss Colombia 2007, Taliana Vargas.
After winning the modelling competition of Miercoles!, a magazine section of the national newspaper El Heraldo, Sherly Herrera visited Latin American’s biggest fashion show Colombiamoda to get her professional modelling career started.
Vargas, who holds the title of Miss Universe 2008 first runner-up, was on the judging panel of the contest and is now promoting the new Chica Miercoles!.
“Sherly has something unique. She is photogenic which will allow her to start a successful modelling career,” Vargas told El Heraldo.
