Miss Colombia Daniella Alvarez will leave for Las Vegas, USA this Sunday to compete in the biggest beauty pageant of all time, Miss Universe, local media reported Friday.
After being crowned Miss Colombia for 2011-2012, Daniella Alvarez is finally off to the next stage of competition on December 2 to be surrounded by other beauty queen representatives from around the world in the Miss Universe pageant 2012.
The competition is scheduled to take place on December 19 at the Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino on the famous Las Vegas strip.
Alvarez, 26, is from Colombia’s Caribbean coast in Barranquilla. She is allegedly an accomplished journalist and speaks German and English and is “expected to stand out within the group of the most beautiful women of the universe,” newspaper El Colombiano reported.
