For the second year in a row, the Pin Up Girls Academy successfully put on “Miss Pole Dance Colombia” in the country’s second largest city Medellin.
From September 26 to 28, participants competed in Medellin’s commercial center “El Tesoro” to demonstrate the renowned discipline of pole dancing. For three nights audiences could appreciate the intricate routines of athletes in youth, beginner, intermediate, and professional categories.
Sandra Toro, winner of Miss Pole Dance Colombia, will move on to compete in Argentina in November with the best pole dancers of South America. From there winners will eventually vie for the title of “Miss Pole Dance International.”
The event proved that pole dancing is more than just a sexy form of entertainment, it is an exercise demanding the highest physical performance.
