According to El Tiempo, the U.S. presidential candidate may meet the President in Bogotá, Medellín or Cartagena.McCain has visited Colombia twice before and is a fierce supporter of the free trade pact between Colombia and the United States, as favored by current U.S. President George W. Bush and supports the U.S. aid Colombia receives to fight the production and trafficking of drugs.
