Man threatens to kill 19 hostages with a grenade in Bogotá

The distressed man, who called the radiostation requesting the presence of the country’s Ombudsman and a delegation of the International Red Cross, explains his action because the army refuses to give him pension after 14 years service.The man has locked himself and his hostages inside the pension fund office he demands money from.
