Lawyer DMG director resigns

DMG director David Murcia Guzman was left without lawyer for the second
time after defense attorney Dagoberto Charry resigned Thursday.

The lawyer resigned after the Prosecution let the Court hear a number of recordings of telephone conversations between Murcia and his brother William Suarez. In the conversations the two talked about sending money to Congress to give the law that would allow the DMG prepaid cards a “push”.

Murcia’s first lawyer resigned just after his arrest in November 2008.
