Colombian model and actress Tatiana Ayala maintains fit through “kid boxing,” her employer Canal Caracol reported.
The martial arts form – unknown outside the offices of Caracol, but extremely similar to kickboxing – helps Ayala to be fully prepared for her work as soap opera actress, she said.
Ayala is best known for her role in the soap operas “Sin tetas no hay paraiso” and “Padres y hijos.”
