Colombian superstar Juanes announced via his Twitter account that his latest single will be released September 20.
“My new song comes out September, that will be the release date,” Juanes Tweeted.
The Colombian singer followed up saying “Later another song will be released, then the album!” He added that on December 8 “Su Servilleta” will be in homes, in an apparent reference to the album’s title.
Juanes also advertised that he is looking for a director for his new video and asked fans to submit their show reels if they were interested in the role.
The Medellin native reacted to Thursday’s terrorist attack in Bogota by Tweeting “Bogota, I am with you” and followed up by condemning terrorism and saying that his thoughts were with those affected.
Juanes is a dedicated Twitter follower, along with 9.6% of the Colombian Internet-using population, according to a recent study.
