Colombia’s soccer hero of the 2014 World Cup, James Rodriguez, has launched his first commercial product, an energy drink aptly named 10 Gold, Colombian media reported on Wednesday.

James, who recently signed a six-year contract with Spain’s soccer giants Real Madrid, is scheduled to present his new product in Madrid on Friday, according to Colombia’s El Tiempo newspaper.

The beloved soccer player had few words for the media on Wednesday when his energy drink was introduced.

“It’s a new phase for me, and I hope you like it,” James Rodriguez stated.

The 10 Gold energy drink, representing James’ jersey number, will only be on sale in Colombia and profits will go to the foundation “We Are All Colombia,” which was created by Rodriguez and aims to help underprivileged children.

Rodriguez will attend his first practice with the other “Galacticos” on Friday in Madrid where 900 of his jerseys were sold in less than an hour after being presented.
