Inspector general contests Supreme Court’s dismissal of ‘Reyes’ computer evidence

The inspector general contests the Supreme Court’s ruling that electronic information found on the computer of deceased FARC leader “Raul Reyes” is not admissible as evidence, Caracol reported Thursday.

Inspector General Alejandro Ordoñez will appeal for a review of the Supreme Court ruling that emails, and other information found on the computer of slain FARC leader “Raul Reyes” are not admissible as evidence.

Ordonez used this evidence to dismiss former Senator Piedad Cordoba for allegedly having ties with the FARC.
