US indie act Gossip will be playing a show in Colombia’s capital Bogota, the local organizer of the concert announced Wednesday.
The gig will take place on August 22 in the Royal Center theater in the capital, said event organizer Evenpro in a press release.
The band will be taking up Colombia as part of a series of international shows to promote their latest, 2012 album “A Joyful Noise.”
Since their foundation in Olympia, Washington in 1999, the band gained commercial success with the release of the 2009 album “Standing in the way of control.”
In total, the band has released five albums.
