Former paramilitary chief admits 2000 murders

‘Sancocho’, who headed the Calima bloc, confessed his men killed several innocent people and called those acts “irreparable mistakes”.The warlord appeared before a prosecutor in Medellín to confess as part of the Justice and Peace law, a law designed for the country’s paramilitary groups to demobilize and receive reduced sentences in exchange for cooperation with justice and reperation for victims.
