Two drunk Bogota cops were arrested early Monday morning after detonating a grenade in a residential area in the northeast of the Colombian capital.
Local media reported that the explosion in the Tibabuyes neighborhood caused only material damage and nobody was injured.
According to the Bogota Police Department, the two cops were not on duty when the incident happened.
