Court approves extradition Don Diego

Colombia’s Constitutional Court approved the extradition of former boss of the Norte del Valle cartel, ‘Don’ Diego Leon Montoya.

The ruling follows a U.S. request for the extradition of the former head of one of Colombia’s most powerful drug cartels.

The former paramilitary boss is suspected of having shipped approximately 500 tons of cocaine from Colombia to the U.S.
