Colombia’s Foreign Ministry on Tuesday released the text of the military pact signed Friday with the United States.
The full text, in both Spanish and English, was published on the website of the Foreign Ministry.
Colombia had earlier promised it would publicize the content of the pact after the announcement for an increased cooperation with the Americans led to unrest among neighbors and Colombian lawmakers complained they were never shown or asked to ratify the text.
