Colombia market update – September 20

Colombia’s Colcap dropped 0.23% Tuesday on volume of COP185.8 billion. Pacific Rubiales helped keep the index from falling further as it increased 2.46% bringing gains in the past 30 days to 10.05%. On the downside, Bancolombia and Canacol had losses of 1.83% and 2.61%, respectively.

News in Colombia was light today with nothing major occurring or being reported. The peso backed up again slightly to the dollar and closed at 1,860.50.
