Colombia and Ecuador keep fighting

“Where’s the evidence?” Ecuadorean new Defense Minister Javier Ponce asked after the Colombian government again had accused the Ecuadorean government of having links with the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC). “Ecuador was sheltering FARC commander Raúl Reyes. That’s the evidence” the Colombian government responded in a press release.Ecuador denied supporting the FARC and say they already dismantled two FARC camps on their territory in the past weeks. Bogotá accuses Ecuadorean President Rafael Correa of not seriously fighting the FARC.
