A Bogota man deliberately set his own home on fire while celebrating his birthday, local media reported Monday.
According to newspaper El Espectador, four people had to be taken to hospital for smoke inhalation and police had to be called in to prevent neighbors from lynching the birthday-boy.
The newspaper added that the man had problems with his partner.
