Bogota bank robbers empty entire ATM

Bank robbers in Colombia’s capital Bogota have emptied an ATM containing more than $100 thousand, local authorities said Monday.

According to the Bogota police and the National Police’s technical investigation unit, three suspects tied the front of the cash machine to a van, pulled the front off and disappeared with the money.

The robbery took place early Monday morning on the 166th street, located in the north of the capital.

Police said they are investigating video footage of the robbery.
