Cali authorities captured seventeen presumed members of the Norte del
Valle cartel, who were working for ‘Chupeta’, the alleged drug lord
that was arrested in Brazil a few months ago.
One of the arrested would be ‘El Mosco’, one of Chupeta’s men of confidence and in charge of his bodyguards.
Chupeta is currently in a U.S. prison awaiting trial. He is suspected of having led the Norte del Valle cartel.
