Colombian actress Sofia Vergara will continue to be seen on U.S. television in the second season of the sitcom Modern Family, announced ABC.
Modern Family, also starring Ed O’Neill, Julie Bowen, Ty Burrell and Jesse Tyler was the most-watched new comedy of the fall season, raking in 10.2 million viewers for last week’s episode.
The cast of the series have been nominated for a Screen Actors Guild award.
The sitcom will continue to be shown on Wednesday evenings, alongside The Middle, Cougar Town and the U.S. version of the Colombian series Ugly Betty.
