Colombian authorities Monday claimed the arrest of the second in
command of drug organization ‘Los Rastrojos’ and thirteen members of
rival drug gang ‘Los Paisas’.
The number two of ‘Los Rastrojos’, Gennie Alberto Moreno Valencia (photo), was arrested in Cali while he was attending the funeral of his father in law.
The 29-year old suspect was wanted for his responsibility in a number of drug transports to Mexico, murder and the unlawfully possessing firearms.
The thirteen members of ‘Los Paisas’ were captured in a farm in the northern Department of Córdoba and according to authorities were in possession of seven 9mm pistols, three revolvers and ammunition.
