Colombia striker Radamel Falcao has signed with Spanish soccer giant Real Madrid, claimed a radio station from the star’s home country Thursday.
According to Caracol Radio, the president of Atletico Madrid — with whom “El Tigre” has a contract — said the Colombian “signed something with Real Madrid a while ago.”
Atletico boss Enrique Cerezo reportedly made the comment to VIPs during a soccer match at the end of last year.
Falcao joined Atletico Madrid in 2011 and is considered Colombia’s best player.
