The fourth edition of the Colombia Salsa Festival about to hit Medellin with shows on July 6 and 7.
The event, donning the slogan “Passion for salsa,” is expected to draw more than 6000 spectators and about 700 participants from the U.S., Puerto Rico, the United Arab Emirates, Sweden, Peru, Dubai, Canada and Colombia.
Besides shows and concerts from internationally-renowned artists, the festival offers lectures, dance workshops for amateurs and professionals, as well as the national championship for singers, orchestras and dancers.
The main attractions at this year’s salsa fest are Richie Ray Cruz and Bobby Cruz, the Lebron Brothers and Fruko, who will perform on July 6, as well as Nacho Acero, who will give a performance on July 7.
