Four people were killed when a car bomb detonates in northeast Colombia. Authorities blame the FARC’s 33rd Front for the attack.
General Marco Lino Tamayo, an Air Force commander of the Colombian Armed Forces told the Associated Press that among the dead are the driver of the vehicle, a 12-year-old child, a 21-year-old woman, and woman standing near the scene of the explosion.
The bomb went off at approximately 10:00AM in the town of Tibu, close to the Venezuelan border in Norte de Santander department.
Many houses were also damaged in the attack, which took place two blocks away from a police station.
