Colombia’s coastal hotspot Cartagena elected its representative for the 2011 Miss Colombia beauty pageant held in the city in November. Meet Laura Marcela Cantillo Torres.
The beauty from Colombia’s most touristy city was chosen the best of seven finalists on Saturday, studies industrial design, is 19 years old and measures 5ft10.
