Candidates for Miss Cartagena presented themselves to the public this week, showing the nation that the walled city is a serious competitor in November’s Miss Colombia election.
Seven of the city’s most beautiful women will be competing to represent the city — also the host of Colombia’s most important event of the year — until Friday when city officials decide which of the women is taking part in the Miss Colombia beauty pageant.
