A woman is killed and her family injured in after an attack by hit men suspected of belonging to a criminal gang in Tolu in the northern department of Sucre, El Espectador reported Tuesday.
The deceased woman, aged 27, was walking with her husband, her daughter and a niece, when they were shot at. The two girls and the husband have since been taken to a local hospital.
Soldiers patrolling the area arrested three people in connection with the shooting.
