On a photo of the party, published by Pique on his Facebook page on Sunday, the star is seen posing with friends including Shakira.
Following the Barranquilla-born pop star’s confirmation of her break-up with long-time love Antonio de la Rua, rumors about romantic developments between the FC Barcelona player and Colombian singer have been increasing.
Both Shakira and Pique deny they are dating and say they are just friends.
The are-they-aren’t-they pair share the same date of birth, although Shakira is 10 years older than her Spanish companion.
