Colombian pop icon Shakira kicks off her world tour in Canada, promoting her upcoming album “The Sun Comes Out.”
Shakira and her band have been rehearsing for the tour in an industrial complex just outside of Toronto. The first gig of the tour will take place in Montreal.
Following this single Canadian gig, Shakira and her band will head to the U.S. for no less than 23 concerts.
The release of “The Sun Comes Out” is planned for October 19.
