6 police officers arrested for 1996 massacre

One retired and five active police officers were arrested Tuesday for allegedly taking part in a 1996 massacre that left six suspected FARC rebels dead.

The victims in the Mondoñedo incident were tied up and shot in the head before their bodies were torched. The other two victims were shot by an unidentified man on a motorcycle.
