With around 64% of the votes in Colombia’s second round presidential election counted, “Uribista” candidate Juan Manuel Santos is in the lead with 68.91% of the vote, while Green candidate Antanas Mockus has 27.67%, according to the Colombian Registry Office’s 9th bulletin.
